What gets deleted

A deletion request covers Meta connection records tied to your Showpress workspace: OAuth tokens (encrypted), linked Page / Instagram / Threads account identifiers we stored for publishing, and cached profile or insights snapshots kept only for those connections. It does not erase unrelated episode, client, or billing records unless you separately ask to close the workspace.

How to request deletion

1. Prefer in-product disconnect: open your Showpress workspace settings and disconnect Facebook, Instagram, or Threads. That clears stored tokens for that network immediately.
2. Or email nick@podbrosmedia.com with the subject “Showpress Meta data deletion,” the workspace or client name, and the Meta user or Page id if you have it. We confirm by email and complete deletion within 30 days.
3. If you remove Showpress from your Meta account, Meta may POST to our data-deletion callback. We return a confirmation code and a status URL you can check below.

After Meta (or we) issue a confirmation code, open /data-deletion/status and append ?code=YOUR_CODE.
